What’s the onboarding process after my account is approved?

Approval email lands within one business day. It includes wholesale pricing, Provider Guide access, and a short orientation walkthrough of the dashboard. Your first wholesale kit order can go out the same day approval lands.

15–20 days from sample receipt at the lab. Order → ship to client → 5-minute cheek swab → prepaid return → whole-genome sequencing → 108-insight report in the client’s Mosaic account.

Can my client keep using their Mosaic account if they leave my practice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Mosaic account belongs to the client. Their raw data, reports, and insights stay with them. The provider dashboard adds tools on top of that ownership.

Do clients need to interact with me to order through my practice?

Accepted Answer

Two paths. (1) You order the kit and ship to the client; the report appears in your dashboard and theirs. (2) The client orders through a provider-tagged checkout link; they get the kit directly, and you still see the report in your dashboard. Same wholesale tier in both cases.

Do I need certification to use Mosaic with clients?

Accepted Answer

No. A provider account is independent from Institute certification. The Institute’s Epigenetics Coaching Certification is a deeper path for practitioners who want lifestyle genomics as a core practice modality — many providers add it later. The two products are independent.
