It's simple and takes about 5 minutes. Wait 1 hour after eating or drinking, then firmly scrape the inside of each cheek for 45 seconds using the two swabs provided. Snap them into the vials, seal the bag, and mail them back using our prepaid envelope. Full illustrated instructions come with your kit.
