Activation links your kit to your account so your report goes to the right person. Only the individual providing the sample (or legal guardian for minors) can activate.
Three steps inside your account.
Activation lives in the Mosaic platform, not on this site, so your personal details stay inside a HIPAA-compliant environment from the start.

Log in or create your account
If you already have a Mosaic account, log in. If not, you’ll create one in under a minute.

Enter your Kit ID and details
You’ll find the Kit ID on the inside flap of your kit box. Confirm your contact info so we can notify you when results are ready.

Collect and mail your sample
Follow the illustrated instructions in your kit. Drop the prepaid envelope in the mail. Results land in your account in 15–20 days.
Are you a provider activating a client kit?
Provider activation happens inside your provider portal. Log in to your provider account and use the kit-management tools there.
