How do I order a kit?

Choose your option, complete checkout, and we'll ship your at-home cheek swab kit with a pre-paid return envelope. No doctor visit required.

How do I collect my sample?

It's simple and takes about 5 minutes. Wait 1 hour after eating or drinking, then firmly scrape the inside of each cheek for 45 seconds using the two swabs provided. Snap them into the vials, seal the bag, and mail them back using our prepaid envelope. Full illustrated instructions come with your kit.

How long until I get my results?

Once we receive your sample, expect your report and raw data in 2-4 weeks. We'll email tracking updates along the way.

Can you use FSA/HSA or insurance for our services?

Yes, you can often use FSA/HSA for reimbursement (check your plan). We're not covered by insurance, but many users submit out-of-pocket claims successfully.

What if my sample fails or I need a re-test?

Each sample undergoes a quality check before we start sequencing. In rare situations, we need a new sample. If this happens, we'll alert you to the issue and send a free replacement kit.
