Mosaic Biodata Revives and Expands the Apeiron Academy as the Mosaic Biodata Institute
New Epigenetics Coaching Certification launches with single sign-on across the Mosaic Genomics and Institute platforms.

AUSTIN, Texas — Mosaic Biodata today launched the Mosaic Biodata Institute Epigenetics Coaching Certification, a revived, updated, and expanded version of the legacy Apeiron Academy program. The certification is available now.
The Institute carries forward the foundation of the original Academy and rebuilds it for current practice. The curriculum spans epigenetics, nutrigenetics, and nutrigenomics, giving providers and coaches a structured path to apply genomic and lifestyle science in their work.
A central change is platform integration. The Institute now operates on a single sign-on connection to the Mosaic Genomics Platform. Practitioners enrolled in a course move between their learning and their genomic data through one login, removing the friction of separate systems.
"The Apeiron Academy gave a generation of practitioners their footing in this field, and it earned more than maintenance, so we rebuilt it," said Melyssa Engstrom, President and CEO of Mosaic Biodata. "The science has moved, and the platform now moves with it. One login carries a practitioner from the lesson to the genome, with nothing in between."
Mosaic is opening a free lesson to the public so prospective students can preview the scope and depth of the program before enrolling. Graduates of the original Apeiron Academy, whose work helped shape what the program has become, can apply for free tuition to take the new course, with the coursework still required to earn the certification.
