Time commitment
3–6 months at 3–5 hours per week. Self-paced.
The curriculum is available immediately on enrollment, with lifetime access on completion and updates as the science evolves. A Mosaic practitioner community (launching with the inaugural cohort) will add live events and peer cohorts, but the coursework itself always runs on your schedule.
