Mosaic Biodata

From cheek swab to your operating manual.

Five minutes at home. Prepaid mail-back. 15 to 20 days for your full data file and reports. Here’s exactly what happens at each step.

Four steps. 15 to 20 days.

  1. Step 01~3 minutes

    Order your kit

Order the kit. It ships with a prepaid return envelope. No doctor visit, no separate lab fee.

  2. Step 025 minutes at home

    Collect at home

Wait an hour after eating, then scrape each cheek for 45 seconds. Five minutes start to finish. Seal the swab in the included tube.

  3. Step 03~5 days in transit

    Mail it back

Drop the prepaid envelope in the mail. The sample reaches the lab in a few days; whole-genome sequencing at 30× depth runs from there.

  4. Step 0415 to 20 days total

    Get your report

Your raw data and the Genomic Lifestyle Optimization Report, all 108 insights, land in your Mosaic account. Add deep-dive reports from there any time. Yours, forever.

The Mosaic process at a glance: test kit, process, sequencing, data analysis

What this report can and cannot do.

Mosaic doesn’t predict your future. It tells you how your specific biology tends to respond to things you can change.

Can

What a Mosaic report does well.

  • Show your genetic tendencies across nine areas of your health, with the specific gene variants behind each finding.
  • Name the lifestyle modulators most associated with each pathway: cofactors, dietary triggers, training inputs, sleep timing.
  • Surface nutrient-need and detoxification-capacity findings that consumer SNP-chip tests miss because the chip never read the relevant positions.
  • Give you the raw genomic data to take to any practitioner, in any standard format, for the rest of your life.

Cannot

What a Mosaic report is not.

  • Not a prediction of your health future. Variants are associated with tendencies, not with outcomes. Your choices shape the rest.
  • Not a replacement for bloodwork, clinical diagnosis, or professional healthcare. Mosaic is education, not medical advice.
  • Not aware of your current symptoms, medications, or history. The report is built from your DNA alone. A clinician adds the rest.
  • Not a list of things you “must” do. Every finding names the options; what to do with the information is the work you do with a practitioner or on your own.
